The Venture Exchange Network is a privately held company that has an alliance with KPMG LLP.There is no fee for an entrepreneur filing a business plan with Venture

Exchange Network. If accepted, the entrepreneur pays US $825 for a six-month membership.

Frédéric Vezon is a director of investment with CDP Sofinov, a Montreal-based venture capital firm.
