Mobile Solution description

Innovative Digital Publishing To Reach Mobile Users. Delivering RELEVANT content at the moment of MAXIMUM influence – GreenRack… All Things Mobile. GreenRack is a cloud service that allows you to quickly and easily publish documents for access from a mobile device regardless of platform: Android, Apple iOS, BlackBerry or Windows Phone. Documents may include forms, brochures, audio or video content, web pages and web applications. These documents can then be accessed through GreenRack’s information concierge, which is launched by scanning a QR Code or tapping an NFC tag. GreenRack automatically targets information to end-users based on their language, device, and date.

What type of mobile architecture was deployed and how were these decisions made with security in mind?

In today’s world of ubiquitous connectivity, people expect to have easy access to digital information and documents – when and where they need them. Green Rackâ„¢ is a cloud-service that allows organizations to quickly and easily publish documents for instant access in a variety of innovative ways to mobile users. Tenet was one of 28 Ontario delegates from Ontario that went to CTIA with the Ontario Government Pavillion. Here we were able to have GreenRack on Smart posters with each companies brochures, videos or PPT presentation available for visitors to simply tap on NFC / QR codes – for their specific digital rack. Documents could then be accessed through Green Rack’s Information Concierge, which is launched automatically simply by scanning associated QR codes or NFC tags attached to posters or physical racks. There were no security concerns as this is information they want to promote, we just mobilize the distribution of the content.

How does this solution push the boundaries of a typical mobile computing solution and qualify as innovative?

Why was this type of mobile solution the right choice for this business case?

GreenRack allows for easy distribution of information more efficiently and effectively, taking advantage of the latest and emerging mobile technologies. With the government showcasing a Green Solution that has the ability for consumers to tap or scan to have access to targeted information that was mobile friendly, fast and accurate with rich analytics to measure the success too. This enabled the delegation to save money: Less printing, less waste and reruns of brochures, and lower distribution expenses. It also showed leadership and corporate responsibility: Technological, Accessibility and Environmental Sustainability. There was no need for a printed guide – with a simple tap they had the digital racks for each delegation, the map of the CTIA show floor and booth location – all at the palm of the mobile users hand. This made it possible for attendees to not lug around brochures that get thrown in the garbage most of the time. 100% of delegates gets 100% of product information of all participating vendors have access for up to 6 months – exactly what was at the show. The digital rack can be imbedded to their web site too… if anything changes we can seamless make the corrections in the cloud.

How was the success of the system measured and what were the results?

Using the GreenRack Platform, a single tap or a scan you can: • Provide more information than a real estate sign can; • Encourage interaction at exhibitions; • Instantly share content right on the spot. • Connect to social media instantly • Download and share videos, audio files, PDF’s, Brochures, Campaigns or promotions – all with a single tap ! • Download map information GreenRack is innovative, providing relevant ways to deepen engagement with difficult-to-reach, affluent consumers. Combining the outstanding audience and reach and personal engagement through mobile, GreenRack is able to measure metrics on who scanned what brochure and shared it. This is powerful for tracking and monitoring ROI. Reporting functionality provides valuable insight and analytics into the success of GreenRack campaigns. A rich set of standard reports are available online and if further details are needed, raw data and analytics can be exported into Excel. Standard reports available online include: • Campaign summary • Total taps or scans and which document • Total taps by geolocation • Total unique consumers by campaign • Campaign interactions by hour • Handset manufacturer, model and platform.
