Lurniture encourages peer learning on Salesforce Sales Cloud

SAN FRANCISCO — David Bloom has attended Dreamforce before as a Salesforce.com employee, but this year he’s here as the CEO of Lurniture, a startup built on the Salesforce Sales Cloud.

Bloom says his company is all about enabling sales teams to learn from one another as they use the Sales cloud. Training can happen seamlessly, and be facilitated by team members as they close deals and learn about best practices to sell their product, he says.

To encourage sharing of expertise, sales team members are tracked for their engagement with Lurniture and can be rewarded for their knowledge sharing. Check out this video interview (above) to hear from Bloom about how Lurniture aims to seamlessly tie in training to the daily sales activities of your team.
