Canadian Channel Chiefs Council board of directors appointed

Thirteen senior executives from across Canada’s tech community have renewed their commitment to the development and professionalization of the Channel with their recent appointment to the Canadian Channel Chiefs Council (C4) Board of Directors for 2020-21.

“As we travel together through uncharted economic waters it is gratifying to see the continued enthusiasm of our Board. Our virtual gatherings offer support and guidance to our membership at a critical time and reaffirms our leadership role as the voice of the channel,” said C4 Chair Fawn Annan.

“Even as COVID-19 has challenged member companies to the core, C4 has been able to strengthen our professional development offerings and raise the profile and recognition of the critical role Channel Chiefs play in value creation for tech companies.”.

The Board of Directors represents all facets of the Channel from vendors and distributors to ISVs, MSPs and a new generation of channel player that defies description by the traditional labels.

“The challenge to channel player as we come out of lockdown will be significant and the recovery may be uneven, but C4 will be here to offer the webinars, workshops, events and behind-the-scenes meetings with senior leaders that will support the journey from survive back to thrive,” said C4 President Corinne Sharp.
