How to find a great technical co-founder

Bohdan Zabawkyj was the guest for StartupGrind Toronto recently. He believes strongly that non techies not settle for just any developer. Nor should you settle for just any really, really talented developer. Instead, beyond talent – which is a given – it is absolutely vital that the cofounder capture the passion and the vision for the business. “It’s tough…because someone who is a great developer is in high demand, let alone working for equity,” he counselled.
