Waterloo, Toronto to host first ever Google for Entrepreneurs Week events

Google is launching its first ever Google for Entrepreneurs (G4E) Week around the world with Canadian events planned for Ontario in Waterloo and Toronto over the next few days.

G4E lasts from Sept. 23 to 29 and is a week of events and projectscelebrating entrepreneurship and innovation. A total of 26 cities in 13countries will host events, including one this Wednesday, Sept. 26 inWaterloo, Ont. On that day local startups from the Communitech hub willpitch their startup ideas to Google mentors at Google’s office inWaterloo.

And this Thursday, Sept. 27 from 4-5 p.m ET a panel discussion willtake place on the keys to launching a successful startup for youthentrepreneurs, with advice provided by mentors from Google. It will beheld on this Google+ Hangout on Air pageandcohosted by TalentEgg.ca, a Toronto-based careers site for Canadianstudents and new grads.
