Interact with customers on Facebook pages with new updates

Facebook is enhancing call-to-action buttons on Pages in order to allow customers to schedule, order, buy, and more on any business page from any mobile device.

With the new update, businesses can add these new buttons to their pages, allowing customers to interact with businesses from any of their devices. For example, a takeout restaurant can display its menu on its page, and allow customers to order from that menu directly from the Facebook page.

Businesses can implement the call-to-action buttons in two ways: with Facebook Messenger, or Facebook’s existing service providers who have partnered with Pages such as delivery.com, HomeAdvisor, or MyTime.

From then on, whenever a customer takes an action on a business’ page, like asking for a quote, or requesting an appointment, a messenger thread is automatically created between your business and that person. Their options include:
