Learn to innovate your business ‘Lean Startup’ style with ITBusiness.ca

Lean Startup - the book and the conference

The Lean Startup unlocks the mystery of how big and small companies can innovate.

I’ve been a big fan of the Lean Startup for some time now.  If you haven’t read the book – you should. It will change the way you think about business and technology.

ITBusiness.ca has agreed to be a livestream host of the Lean Startup Conference from San Francisco. We think the ‘Lean Startup’ methodology is one that can be applied within any business – not just startups. The principals of experimenting and measuring your results as you go are exactly what good marketers are practicing these days. You’ll learn all about how to deploy a business strategy that enables you to see where your time and energy is best spent, then quickly pivot to put your efforts into that direction. And who doesn’t want to make the best possible use of their time?

Join us on Wednesday, Dec. 10 and Thursday, Dec. 11 for two full days of livecast events. Since the conference is in California, it will begin at 12 noon EST and run til 9 p.m. for both days.

Each day we will have the program livestreamed to the IT World Canada boardroom.  We will watch the presentations and have discussions about the content.  There is no cost to attend for any ITBusiness.ca reader – but space is very limited so let us know early.  Tweet to me @CIOJimLove or send an email to Jim Love.
