Launching space drones and training Olympic cyclists with IBM Bluemix

At IBM InterConnect in Las Vegas, developers showcase some original uses of IBM’s Bluemix cloud platform and the APIs available there. A team at IBM is working with the U.S. indoor women’s cycling team to perfect their performance in the pursuit event using performance data. In the U.K., some drone developers used a free trial of Bluemix to develop a program that supported a rudimentary probe that was sent to the edge of space.
