All Hands on Tech: Mi-Fi 2

What’s the size of a deck of cards and keeps all of your devices connected, no matter where you are?

It’s the Mi-Fi 2 from Bell.
Turn it on and it creates a Wi-Fi hot spot. It uses Bell’s LTE wireless network. Any device that supports Wi-Fi can piggyback off this hub. Connecting up to 8 devices at once.
If you’re always on the go, you’ll love the long battery life. The battery is about size of a double-A. It’s the heaviest part of this device. But the pay off is that you can go without charging all day long.
This device allows you to save your phone battery for more important tasks.
The Mi-Fi comes with LCD touch screen. It’s easy to navigate the different options available. You can monitor how much bandwidth you’re using. Perfect if you don’t want to be surprised when you get your bill at the end of the month.
All devices connected to the Mi-Fi can easily share files. Or you can stream media from one device to another.
You can control the people using this connection. The details of the network are for your eyes only.
The MiFi from Bell is free on a two-year contract or $200 with no contract. Bell’s plans range from $10 per month up to $105 per month.
