NEW TO 2024!

Technicity Satellite Series

Today’s smart cities are dependent on their digital infrastructure. What makes them great places to live and play also makes them more vulnerable. Their digital services and infrastructure make them prime targets for cyber attacks, potential theft of personal data and more.

Smart cities must be resilient and cyber-safe. And this is no longer just an information technology problem. It’s a challenge that everyone must share.

Join us for this specially focused Technicity Satellite Series event. In just ninety minutes we’ll bring you up to date on key issues, threats and above all, ways to keep safe, secure and resilient.

About the Technicity Series

Technicity Canada is IT World Canada’s annual event dedicated to smart cities. It provides an opportunity for dynamic and open conversations between decision-makers and technology leaders from large and small municipalities across Canada, as well as the digital entrepreneurs and businesses who are helping shape the future of digital government.

In addition to the main conference on May 9th, we offer a series of Technicity mini-conferences to keep the conversation alive between our annual events. Each Satellite event features the same informative and engaging presentations, panels and interactive discussions in a compact 90-minute framework. The Technicity: March satellite event is focused on keeping smart cities safe and resilient.
