Yoggie prevents security threats from entering a laptop or PC
Yoggie Security Systems announced the launch of a concept in personal security appliances for laptops and PCs. Ingate introduces midrange firewalls and SIParators
Ingate Systems unveiled six SIP-enabling firewall products for midsized businesses: the Ingate Firewall 1500, the Ingate Firewall 1550 and the Ingate Firewall 1650; and the Ingate SIParator 50, the Ingate SIParator 55 and the Ingate SIParator 65.  Ingate Firewalls provide full enterprise security for all SIP and data traffic, while enabling SIP communication.  Ingate SIParators work with an existing firewall to allow the traversal of SIP traffic through the enterprise edge, securing SIP media while leaving the firewalling of data traffic to the existing security device.

All three firewall models and all three SIParator models are based on the same hardware platform.  The 1500/50 and 1550/55 can be upgraded to a higher version with a simple software download.

The Ingate Firewalls 1500/1550/1650 and Ingate SIParators 50/55/65 have four gigaports each.  Their throughput and concurrent RTP sessions (calls that can be handled simultaneously) are as follows:

Ingate products support encrypted RTP (Realtime Transport Protocol), which provides security for live data with advanced encryption, confidentiality, message authentication and replay protection.  They also support Transport Layer Security (TLS) for secure SIP signaling.

The Ingate Firewalls 1500/1550/1650 and SIParators 50/55/65 are available now.

Antioch releases Virtual Document

Antioch Software announced the release of Virtual Documents, a data sharing software designed to improve team collaboration and data security.

Virtual Documents integrates into any .NET application, allowing members of the team to store their communal project data in one central location. Virtual Documents software is fully localizable. It can accommodate and display scripts, languages and formats such as: documents, e-mails, PDF files, spreadsheets, images, presentations and more.

In addition, 256-bit encryption ensures that only those with authorization can access Virtual Documents data. In case of a server crash, the regularly backed-up files are recovered and reinstalled.

Virtual Documents Professional (unlimited users and documents) is now available at www.antiochsoftware.com for US$69.95.
