Vision Critical releases customer advisory panel technology
Vision Critical announced the latest release of their panel research management system, Panel+.

Included with this release are DataONE and DataPLAY. DataONE captures every data point and stores it in one location, allowing researchers to simultaneously analyze across multiple surveys including target segmented sampling using any data point from any survey. Users can search by any study, question, or response starting with the profiling questionnaire.

DataPLAY is a report writer that contains functionality for multi-dimensional cross tabulations, with the ability to alter variables and question transformation. By sliding the cursor over a graph, users can instantaneously alter the data ranges in cross tabs.

MyFax introduces Microsoft Office 2003 and Lotus Notes Integration with online faxing service
MyFax introduced enhancements to its Internet-based fax service, allowing users to send and receive faxes using existing e-mail accounts and the Web. The service is now integrated with Microsoft Office 2003 and Lotus Notes.

The integration with Microsoft Office 2003 allows MyFax users to fax directly from Microsoft Word, Excel, or PowerPoint using a single button, rather than having to first open Outlook as in previous releases.

MyFax customers using Lotus Notes also benefit from greater integration. The MyFax for Lotus Notes application allows Lotus Notes users to send electronic faxes while maintaining a log entry for each sent fax. Billing codes can be entered and used for charge back purposes and faxes can be sent with a cover page.

With this release, users will also see increased online storage of faxes. MyFax now offers 31 day internet storage of inbound faxes. Even if a user deletes a fax from the e-mail inbox, it can be retrieved online for up to a month.
