Cisco releases unified communications integration with Microsoft Dynamics CRM
Cisco Systems Inc. announced the release of the Cisco Unified CRM Connector 3.0 integrated with Microsoft Dynamics CRM 3.0, catering to SMBs.

MOSAID announces 90nm SRAM compiler
MOSAID released a MOSAID Mobilize single-port SRAM compiler for leading 90nm foundries. The compiler produces SRAMS with low power consumption and leakage.

The Mobilize SRAMs employ MOSAID’s Gate Bias power-management technology, reducing SoC static leakage and consuming less power. The 90nm Mobilize Single-Port SRAM offers 600 MHz typical for a 64 kbit array, synchronous read/write operations and the ability to compile to multiple aspect ratios, a write-per-bit operation.

The Mobilize 90nm single-port SRAM compiler is available now, with the dual-port SRAM available in Q3 2006.
