How did WestJet Airlines Ltd. get to 98,000 Facebook fans two years after starting its social media strategy?

According to Greg Hounslow, emerging media manager with the commercial arline, it has something to do with approaching social media channels with a customer service attitude. In this video from Toronto’s Mesh Marketing conference, Hounslow shares tips on working with the legal department to free up engaging customers online, how to get feedback from your audience, and what happens when you have to say “no.”
