Larry Parnell has been appointed group leader of Hill & Knowlton’s corporate communications practice in Toronto.
Parnell joined Hill & Knowlton last year as senior counsel. Before joining Hill & Knowlton, Parnell served as senior vice-president, corporate relations with Barrick Gold Corporation, as well as director of global public relations at Ernst & Young LLP in New York.
National Public Relations has recently appointed Donna Teggart as vice-president, technology communications for National’s Toronto office. Teggart joins National from Alias, where she held the position of director of global communications. As vice-president, Teggart will lead the Toronto technology practice, while working closely with Francois Morin and his team of professionals in Montreal to help expand the capabilities and offerings of National’s technology communications practice across the country.
