RITLabs releases The Bat! for Windows Vista
RITLabs announced that it released The Bat! Professional v3.95.08, which is “Certified For” Windows Vista. The Bat! benefits from Windows Vista’s Address Space Layout Randomization and Data Execution Prevention for protecting the computer from viruses and malicious codes spread via e-mail.
The Bat! is compatible with the Windows Vista Restart Manager that allows users update Windows components required by The Bat! without restarting The Bat! or Windows. The Bat! also supports IPv6, which is enabled by default in the Windows Vista TCP/IP stack.
Userful launches DiscoverStation
Userful announced the availability of DiscoverStation – a managed desktop solution for the military.
DiscoverStation consists of a managed desktop combined with service and support for software and hardware. Userful’s Desktop Multiplier technology allows a single PC to provide multiple independent workstations for users.
