DS Development releases Auto Reply Manager
DS Development has released version 2.0 of their Outlook e-mail automation software, Auto Reply Manager, an Outlook e-mail autoresponder add-in designed to help users automate e-mail messages.

Auto Reply Manager for Outlook allows users to define basic or complex rules in order to send automatic e-mails when users are out of office or when they need to automatically forward or redirect certain messages to a pre-selected e-mail account.

The reply rules can also be defined so they apply only for certain contacts or mail folders where e-mails are received. Furthermore, users can create rules based on keywords found in the subject or body content of incoming e-mail messages. These rules can be set to be always active or to be enabled only during certain date or time periods specified by the user. Auto Reply Manager can be configured to send automated e-mails for every message received from a sender, only for the first message of that sender and it can automatically reset this option when Outlook is restarted.

Using Auto Reply Manager, Outlook users can have personalised greetings inserted on each automated e-mail. The e-mail reply can be sent using either plain text or HTML format. For e-mails sent using the HTML format, Auto Reply Manager lets users import HTML code or files. The product installation includes several pre-defined and graphical e-mail templates.

Auto Reply Manager is designed for any version of Microsoft Office Outlook, starting with Microsoft Office Outlook 2000. Auto Reply Manager is packed with a live update tool.

Auto Reply Manager for Outlook is available directly from DS Development SRL. An electronic-only version with complete manual and tutorials costs US$39.95. Site licences are available. Auto Reply Manager for Outlook runs under Windows 95/98/ME/NT 4.0, Windows 2000, 2003 or XP, being supported by Microsoft Office Outlook 2000 or higher. Visit the DS Development home page at http://www.emailaddressmanager.com to download a fully-functional trial copy of Auto Reply Manager for Outlook.
