Markham vendor takes agenda management solution online

Markham, Ont.-based eScribe has launched an online, subscription-based version of its electronic meeting and agenda management solution.

According to the vendor, eScribe Online is designed for small and medium-sized businesses that don’t have the IT infrastructure or resources to support an on-premise scheduling tool. Pricing begins at $3,750 annually and the features, available a la carte, include agendas and minutes, full meeting support including voting, automated report templates with approval and submission management, web publishing and participant access through a web browser and a choice of two dedicated iPad applications.

“EScribe Online allows even the smallest boards and committees to achieve an immediate ROI without assuming any risks” said Robert Treumann, president of eScribe Paperless Solutions, in a statement.

“The tiered pricing allows organizations to pay for only the features they want”, added Paul Mackin, vice-president, sales and marketing. “Depending on the size and frequency of meetings a typical organization could save as much as $15-20,000 per year by moving to eScribe Online from a paper-based system.”
