With its December issue, TIG celebrates 10 years of providing exclusive Canadian content to public sector CIOs, IT managers and system administrators. TIG was spun off from Computing Canada in 1994 and has since become a driving force in Canadian IT journalism,
exploring the complexity around procurement, project management and Government On-Line. The publication’s change in 2003 from a tabloid-style newspaper to a traditional magazine format has further enhanced the reading experience of thousands of IT professionals in the Canadian government.
The December issue continues TIG’s tradition of excellence with coverage of the recent GTEC conference.

CDN is in the process of compiling its annual issue of the top 25 Newsmakers of the year. Previous issues have highlighted Doug Cooper from Intel of Canada, Frank Clegg of Microsoft Canada as well as channel executives from Ingram Micro and Tech Data. The issue will feature full-length profiles of the top 10 as well as mini-profiles of each newsmaker.
