Groupon groupies in Toronto

The social buying site Groupon is once more in the spotlight thanks to its recent purchase by search giant Google.

ITBusiness.ca has been tracking Groupon and the group buying craze for some time.

In this Video Rewind clip we look reported on Kathryn Ashby founder of Quebecois restaurant Café du Lac in Toronto was able to attract even out-of-towners to her charming but well hidden gem of a café.

Also in the video, Jeff Lande of Toronto-based frozen yogurt shop Blush Berry extols the benefits of using a T.O. grown social buying site Team Buy.
