Aeroplan, Canada’s leading loyalty program, has chosen the firm as its digital agency of record (AOR), extending the partnership between the two companies for another three-year term.
As part of this new AOR agreement, Blast Radius will continue to work with Aeroplan
to grow Aeroplan.com, including its online booking engine, to greater heights: providing additional self-service functionality, and increased usability and personalization. A redeveloped Aeroplan.com is expected in the latter part of next year.
The firm, which is a marketing communications agency that has developed a proprietary methodology for companies to quantify return-on-investment (ROI) for their marketing and branding activities, has appointed Jennifer Cioffi, an experienced Microsoft marketing professional, as community director, strategic planning. At Microsoft, she most recently served as a director in the Windows Business Unit, where she developed a research-based tracking system and “”dashboard”” to bring key metrics to the executive team.
Alchemy Public Relations
The company said it has started working with Rimode, an independent IP telephony application developer in Canada. Rimode will demonstrate its new messaging and paging VoIP applications at IPCOMM from November 15 to 17 in Las Vegas. The applications are designed to disseminate information in text, audio and graphic formats.
High Road Communications
The firm recently said it has been chosen by Canon Canada Inc. as its new public relations agency in Canada effective immediately. Working closely with the Canon corporate communications team, High Road will provide public relations strategy and support for Canon’s Imaging Systems Group (ISG), Consumer Imaging Group (CIG), and Corporate initiatives.
Gareth Pettigrew, who helps handle the Cisco Systems of Canada account, has relocated from Toronto to Vancouver and will continue to work on the account from his home.
