Express IT: Tips to keep your social media audience ‘liking’ your brand

A recent study by Ipsos Loyalty shows Canadians aged 18 to 34 are more likely than older Canadians to follow a brand based on a “like” recommendation on social media. But they’re also more likely to drop the brand from their radar just as quickly.
