Chemtable launches Reg Organizer 4.10
Chemtable Software has announced Reg Organizer 4.10, an enhanced version of the system Registry cleaner for Windows OS. It manages the entire system registry, search for errors, invalid entries and removes them safely.

VMware delivers VMware ACE 2 Enterprise Edition

VMware Inc. announced the general availability of VMware ACE 2 Enterprise edition.

VMware ACE enables IT desktop managers to create a standard PC environment including operating system, data and applications, wrap it with IT policies to protect the contents, package it into a virtual machine and deploy it to any managed or unmanaged licensed PC client.

VMware ACE 2 Enterprise edition manages enterprise-class virtualization product for deploying desktops to any PC. The product also features Pocket ACE, which enables deployment of a full-featured desktop virtual machine to a portable media device such as a USB flash drive, portable hard drive or Apple iPod.

VMware ACE 2 Enterprise edition features the introduced VMware ACE Management Server, which allows IT administrators to centrally track and manage VMware ACE desktops and apply standard policies to them from a single console. The VMware ACE Management Server is available pre-installed, pre-configured and ready to deploy. In addition, VMware ACE 2 Enterprise edition utilizes the VMware virtualization platform, enabling IT administrators to use VMware Workstation 6 with the ACE Option Pack to create and securely package VMware ACE virtual machines for deployment to end users who then can run them on any licensed PC or laptop.

BlueCat Networks releases Proteus 2150 IPAM and Adonis 750 DNS/DHCP
BlueCat Networks announced the availability of its Proteus 2150 IPAM and Adonis 750 DNS/DHCP appliances, which are designed to address the network management and security needs of the small and medium size enterprise (SME). 

The Proteus 2150 is equipped with a firewall-grade operating system, a Web-based management interface and robust database technology, providing centralized management for up to 10 Adonis appliances. Proteus 2150 offers a multi-core architecture, built-in network discovery tools, migration templates, MAC pooling and full DNS and DHCP IPv4/IPv6 support for network administrators to manage their networks.

The Proteus 2150 also includes built-in disaster recovery and real-time database replication capabilities, thereby providing wide-area failover functionality and zero data loss when a network outage does occur. The Adonis 750 provides support for IPv4 and IPv6 networks, along with high availability and disaster recovery capabilities for uninterrupted network service. bbAntiSpam releases Advanced Textual Confirmation 1.0.2

bbAntiSpam has announced the release of bbAntiSpam Advanced Textual Confirmation 1.0.2. This PHP script helps users to build protection against spam messages for their phpBB, vBulletin, WordPress, Wiki or a guestbook.

The bbAntiSpam script works transparently between visitors and a PHP application. When some one attempts to submit data, the script comes to life and starts the confirmation process. It will select a random question from its database and wait for the visitor to give the correct answer. Once it’s provided, the request of the visitor is forwarded to the Web application.

bbAntiSpam Advanced Textual Confirmation 1.0.2 requires PHP and costs US$499,99 for Professional licence and US$29,95 for Standard licence. Additional information about the product is available from http://bbantispam.com/atc/.
