Canada’s deals eco-system map released

Since Groupon brought us the daily deals phenomenon in 2008, it seems like the business has grown in a thousand different directions. There are now daily deals sites just for restaurants, just for travel, there have been daily deal aggregators for different cities, and there have been forums to discuss those daily deals. Plus the prominence of discounts has expanded beyond the one-deal-a-day model to provide discounts through other approaches.

It also ranks the major daily deal providers by revenue, and highlights small business specific deal offers.
