Groupnotes solves that problem by using a browser add-on to put your social commenting right on top of the Web site you’re viewing, connecting with the people that really matter to you. It’s like an annotation platform for the entire Web. The startup has raised a total of $45,000 so far from Hyperdrive and Canrock Ventures. CEO Matthew Gardner gives his elevator pitch.
