Cubicle Fight: Was Steve Ballmer a good CEO for Microsoft?

We just learned this morning that Microsoft CEO Steve Ballmer is retiring from his post within the next 12 months. Was Ballmer’s rein as CEO a triumphant career journey to be celebrated, or a dismal performance that deserves to be panned?

ITBusiness.ca Editor Brian Jackson takes the side the Steve Ballmer was a success – he grew Microsoft’s revenue and built new successful business divisions, plus he was an electric personality on stage. Witness the thrilling cross-cubicle battle in the video above.
