Xtreme Labs launches app for Montreal retailer

Montreal-based premium menswear retailer Frank & Oak has expanded its online retail presence with a new iPhone app, developed in conjunction with Toronto’s Xtreme Labs.p>The new app, now available for download, comes less than a year after Frank & Oak launched its first online shopping portal. It worked with Xtreme Labs, a mobile strategy and development firm, to develop the app with the goal of making it as easy for shoppers to use as possible.

“We focused on creating an intelligent and efficient style experience for our members by removing all the work and hassle from shopping. Enabling our members to shop on the go is a key ingredient to our philosophy,” said Ethan Song, Frank & Oak co-founder and CEO, in a statement.

The app will offer high-resolution product shots for clear viewing, in-app purchasing and easy checkouts. Users can also browse by category, update their profile, and purchase directly from their phone, in addition to share their purchase socially.

“Frank & Oak understands the importance of innovating with mobile. Together we’ve given the app a look and feel that will offer their members a rich and streamlined shopping experience,” said Jeremy Black, director of retail for Xtreme Labs, in a statement.
