Ontrack Data Recovery releases update to PowerControls
Ontrack Data Recovery announced the release of Ontrack PowerControls 4.1, a mailbox recovery tool. This release assists Microsoft Exchange administrators with new content analysis functionality, message viewing capabilities and expanded backup format support.
The solution requires no changes to the existing Exchange server or backup architecture and eliminates the need for an Exchange recovery server. Updates to 4.1 includes content analysis, allowing administrators to create any number of customized Content Analysis Stores (CAS). Users also have the ability to arrange messages by conversation view (like the Google Mail interface, where messages are grouped by subject), message table view and attachment table view. Finally, there is more support for backup formats.
There are a number of editions of PowerControls 4.1 available, with pricing beginning at $1,159 for 100 mailboxes.
