Property management platform is making big waves in North America

Condo and property managers might want to pay attention to this news.

Evercondo, an online and mobile condo management platform, recently announced that it grew by 300 per cent in the last year as it expanded into 22 states and provinces across North America.

The platform has now reached some 45,000 users across 500 condo and Homeowner Associations (HOA) communities since launching in North America in 2015. Evercondo’s goal is to simplify the daily activities and communications of property managers, condo boards, and residents.

“Evercondo makes it simple for communities to share information and run more smoothly from the palm of your hands,” co-founder Grant Yim said in a statement. “In two years, we have retained every single client by eliminating critical pain points for each stakeholder group within managed communities. With Evercondo, managers increase productivity tenfold. Residents get a transparent system so problems are solved faster. Condo boards are able to save thousands of dollars annually.”

The platform uses an analytics engine to help property managers easily supervise a portfolio of condo management operations across both multiple buildings and individual units in one place, while providing detailed reports.

Evercondo features include:

  • Notices and updates that are broadcast via email, SMS, voice, and push notifications.
  • Shared facilities and service requests that are tracked and confirmed on the platform.
  • File and project management for transparent collaboration between parties.
  • Integration with condo accounting software platform Condo Manager.

Once set up, verified residents and property managers/board members will have access to a Residents Portal. There is also a mobile app, but as of right now it is only available on iOS. An Android version is in the works.

“Evercondo has enabled our board to become more responsive and deliver superior service to our residents,” said Blair Milroy, president of the board of directors at the Tridel’s Reve King West community in Toronto.

“We have seen a notable shift in the level of engagement in our community and overall satisfaction has increased dramatically. We conducted a comprehensive review of [community management] solutions and found that Evercondo offers the best value and features for our community.”
