Mavrsoft announces Apis Ceratina 2.0

MavrSoft has announced the immediate availability of Apis Ceratina 2.0, an update of a macro recorder, enabling users to record a series of operations and replay the recorded sequence with one keystroke.

To record an automation, users are not required to know a programming language or learn a complicated automation interface. Instead there is a graphical wizard that will let users show a sequence of actions for the program to record it and then replay on demand or automatically at any scheduled time. The program will recognize and monitor even such activities as creating and showing windows and drop-down menus, as well as starting applications. It will also monitor the position of the window on the desktop.

The program can be used for a great range of other tasks. For example, you can get it to fill out repetitive parts of business forms, dialog boxes in Windows applications, copy a currently playing song to a mobile device, generate reports, rename a group of files or perform a cross application macro.

Apis Ceratina 2.0 runs under Windows Vista, XP, 2000, 2003, MCE and costs US$29.95 for a single-user licence. Discounts for volume buyers are available. Registered users are entitled to free minor upgrades and premium technical support. Additional information on the product, as well as its free evaluation copy is available from http://www.mavrsoft.com.
