Describe the solution, service or initiative
Full Managed Services, Consulting, Hardware and Software sales. Turn-Key Technology.
What makes it original or innovative?
We have been servicing this client for the past 8 yrs in managed services. Over the last few years we have been able to replace several of their suppliers and consolidate all of our services to cover all their needs.
Describe the improvement this solution made to the customer’s sales or revenues and provide measurable evidence of such.
We have taken away the burden that our client had previously worked with several vendors on their needs and we have been able to reduce their down time, reduce the amount of vendors and keep their IT budget at a flat line for the past 3 yrs.
Describe the improvement that was made to the customers efficiency, with measurable evidence.
We standardized the entire environment with a single brand of equipment to improve serviceability. Then we have a standard refresh model on equipment so that nothing is over 5 yrs old. Finally we combined a RMM solution with Level Platforms, and Logmein Pro backup solution to monitor and keep the network performing as needed.
How did the solution improve the customer’s ability to serve internal or external clients?
The performance of the network has doubled in speed over the past few years. With improvements of the environment, we have also been able to keep malware, trojans and other issues from arising on the network. This has resulted in a better serviced customer.
In what ways does the solution go above and beyond industry expectations?
We always have taken a front line approach to even explain to the customer that we are going to try new technologies on the environment to see if there is anything we can do to better our services. Fortunately this client is always willing to try and let us learn from the products.
How does the solution further your customer’s green or environmentally friendly plans?
On a green initiative, we have reduced the energy consumption of the network over the past 5 yrs, by replacing items that were not even EPA rated. In addition we have also been able to reuse all the equipment from their office since nothing gets to old that it is beyond service or repair. Making it easy to sell or purpose.
