Managed Services Solution description

Managed Remote, Wireless Services, Cloud Security, Managed Helpdesk

What makes your Managed Services innovative or original compared to the competition?

We were the first company to bring remote managed services to our client, a large food services provider, as a single solution combining the several cloud offerings and access to the client portal.

What were the benefits of your Managed Services Solution for your client and what evidence can you provide to show this?

Our client has over 100 locations in Ontario and is supported by 2 technicians based out of head office. We were able to scale their response and support with our cloud tools and provide a better network for all locations across Ontario.

What are the main reasons that your Managed Services are better for the customer than an on-premises solution?

At the end of the day the client has seen a decrease in resources over the past 5 years and their demands have increased over that time. With our cloud/managed services, we have been able to get them to work on projects instead of always focusing exclusively on standard technical support requests.

How did the Managed Service improve the customer’s ability to server its internal or external clients?

As part of our offering, we have also delivered a cloud wireless solution to better service all the locations across Ontario. This Wi-Fi solution also allowed the new merchant services terminals to use the multi-SSID capabilities that the units had to offer.

How does the solution further your client’s green or environmentally friendly plans?

Our solution is completely green since the IT department has reduced its traveling requirements across Ontario.
