Hands-on with LG Optimus LTE at CES

One of the emerging trends at Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas this year is HDTV technology making it to the smartphone. LG Canada’s Frank Lee explains how LG’s expertise in HDTV panels works on their flagship Android superphone.

The 4G enabled Optimus LTE is marketed by LG to be thin and light for a smartphone that boasts such a large screen and top-notch specs.

With a 4.5” True HD IPS  (In Plane Switching) display, the LG Optimus LTE lets users enjoy uncompromised brightness and vivid colours  when they view multimedia content even in direct sunlight. 

It brings a dual-core 1.5 Ghz processor, 1GB of RAM and an HD display which is stunning to behold. The Optimus LG also features an 8 Megapixel camera as well as the ability to shoot 1080p HD videos. The LG Optimus LTE is currently available in Canada from Bell. Here’s our hands-on video from the CES show floor:
