Contracts, conflicts dominate CIO Summit agenda

“”Managing complexity”” was the official theme of the 10th annual CIO Summit, and the most complex thing participants said they had to manage were people.

Whether it was the range of issues surrounding agreements between enterprises and outsourcers or the cultural differences that put IT staff

and users at loggerheads, delegates to the summit offered tips to build better relationships.

The CIO Summit ran Nov. 11-12 at the Toronto Hilton Hotel.
