CC will host a Women in IT Roundtable on November 5, 2004. We have assembled a group of five IT professionals who work in various areas of technology as well as an authour to discuss the perspective of women working in the technology sector. What are the challenges they face and what unique benefits to they bring to the field?

Participants will discuss their views on various subjects specifically relating to women, including such topics as decreased enrolment of women in university and college computer science programs.
