Big Bang ERP adds Pardot to cloud services suite

A Montreal provider of cloud-based business solutions has added marketing automation to its list of services.

Big Bang ERP, a boutique enterprise resource management firm, has announced that it’s teaming up with Atlanta-based Pardot to offer full end-to-end marketing features to its customers.

“At Big Bang ERP we have been long-time experts of the sales process, financial management and inventory management,” said Big Bang ERP Co-CEO and chief business development officer Mark Rhyman, in a statement. “Marketing automation has been on our radar as the next big thing, and with having staff on hand who are already well versed in what makes marketing campaigns great partnering with Pardot seemed like a natural next step. Our goal is to make our customer’s lives easier with the use of cloud solutions. Pardot lets businesses carry out marketing functions more comprehensively than ever before and provides them with data to make smart, informed decisions.”

While Big Bang also offers integrated services with other CRMs such as Salesforce and NetSuite, this is its first foray into full marketing automation. And according to Rhyman, Big Bang netted this alliance partially due to Pardot’s reputation as a highly intuitive platform for users.

“What we love about Pardot, and what we know our customers will also love, is its user-friendliness,” Rhyman said in a statement. “Big Bang ERP aims to make business’ lives easier, and having a tool that covers every aspect of marketing means our customers can not only carry out their marketing functions more comprehensively than ever before, but they can do so with supreme efficiency.”

Pardot, which is owned and operated by CRM services leader Salesforce, is a platform that specializes in B2B marketing functions. The platform hosts features such as CRM integration, email marketing, lead nurturing, lead scoring and grading, social posting, and ROI reporting.
