Video Rewind: The iPad 2 as a music recording studio

Back in April of this year, Brian Jackson, ITBusiness.ca associate editor, used an iPad 2 to record and edit a music video with his friends Steve Salt and Chris Tindal of 52 Song Project.

The experiment in tablet versatility which was carried out at the Steam Whistle Brewery in Toronto was in a word awesome.  There’s no shortage of examples of the iPad and other tablets being used for purposes other that media consumption. For instance, tablets can be used as a remote desktop connection or an alternative business tool.
