Video Rewind: Why does the BlackBerry PlayBook disappoint?

Once the jewel of Canada’s technology sector, the Waterloo, Ont.-based BlackBerry maker can’t seem to catch a break lately. Its stock is plunging downwards, its co-CEO team is under fire from company investors, and now the firm has announced 2,000 layoffs.
