New Web portal in Alberta to help increase business productivity

The government of Alberta has launched a new online resource to help businesses across the province monitor and improve on their productivity.

The site is www.productivityalberta.ca and will help businesses find the tools and resources they need to help them solve productivty challenges.

The Web site contains links to government and other industry-related information and resources and also includes assessment tools to help companies assess how they compare with other industry bench-marks.

Ted Morton, Minister of Alberta Finance and Enterprise, said the Web site provides businesses with a single location to find whatever they need to further succeed in the market.

“Increasing productivity is part of government’s approach to ensuring Alberta becomes one of the most innovative and competitive regions in the world,” said Morton.
