And the winner of the Multiplicity Accelerator challenge is … cream.hr

Toronto startup firm cream.hr has won the first ever Power Up Sales Challenge held by local accelerator Multiplicity.

The company, founded in January this year, uses a proprietary algorithmto show which employees at a firm are the top performers. Co-founderCaitlin MacGregor said the tool can help employers improve theirsuccess rate in hiring top talent from 15 per cent to 85 per cent.

As the overall winner, cream.hr receives a prize package worth $35,000including ad space, a promotional video, a market study, transportationservices, passes to the DX3 Canada conference, legal services, taxcredit consulting, and mentoring.

MADE Clothing won second place for its iPad app-driven custom men’sclothing business. Third spot was taken by Kira, which pitched aplatform that “brings the real-life interview online,” according to aMultiplicity news release.

Multiplicity is a downtown Toronto business accelerator launched about18 months ago for early stage tech firms focused on software, Internetand digital media.
