“The Dell Streak has gotten more affordable, but the lower price comes with a wait time. Dell has dropped the price of the carbon black 16GB Streak to $399.99. That price doesn’t require the signing of a binding agreement with a wireless provider, but the cheaper Streaks won’t start shipping until January 10.”
