The winner
of this category must demonstrate that they provided a total end-to-end IT
solution that solved a major customer problem or eliminated many IT pain points
during the year 2010. This solution provider may also win this award by showing
a body of work where a solution was replicated successfully in many IT
environments for the year. The winner will display the knowledge and expertise
necessary to provide IT innovation and will have an exemplary customer
satisfaction record. The solution or solutions will clearly show productivity
improvements using advanced technologies from some of the worlds best-known
vendors. Especially welcomed is evidence of the partners IT knowledge, vision,
and problem solving skills, in the form of case studies, improvements in 2010
to the partners certifications, and customer references.
This
award honours the solution provider that has created the most innovative
problem solving hardware, networking, cloud or software-based solution for an
enterprise, defined as a company or department with 251 seats or more using the
solution. This solution should include advanced technology products and
software.
This
award honours the partner that has created the most innovative and problem
solving hardware, networking, online or software-based solution for a mid-size
organization or department with 101 to 250 seats using the solution.
This
award honours the partner that has created the most innovative and problem
solving hardware, networking, cloud or software-based solution for an
organization or department with up to 100 seats or less using the solution.
This
award will go to the solution provider that made the most innovative use of
hardware, software, security and services that are hosted in the cloud and
delivered to a customer in an on-demand offering. The winning solution provider
must show how these cloud-based IT services are delivered.
This
award honours the partner that has demonstrated the highest quality of customer
service in 2010. The applicant must demonstrate how it has gone beyond
competitors to satisfy the needs of its client(s). Evidence can range from
resolving a single crisis to vastly improving its overall company performance
through customer service. The winner must demonstrate its delivery of quality
service in a timely fashion.
This
award honours the partner that has created and executed a dynamic advertising, marketing
campaign or event showcase in 2010. The winner will present evidence that the
partner has increased its visibility, respect or profitability in its community
through the campaign or event. Please explain the process, strategy, or thought
leadership behind the marketing or event initiative, and the outcome of the
campaign or event with measurements: return on investment figures, number of
business leads generated, etc.
This
award honours the solution provider that has demonstrated the most innovative
and creative approach to an off-premise IT solution either built entirely in
house or through a partnership with any of the leading Managed Services
Providers or distributors in 2010. The applicant must demonstrate how it has
gone beyond competing managed services to satisfy the needs of its client(s).
Evidence can range from reducing overall costs to solving particular customer
IT problems or to improving the overall performance of the organization. The
winner must demonstrate its delivery of service.
This
award recognizes the partnership between at least two solution providers that,
working jointly, created the most innovative and problem solving solution that
could not have been possible for either to accomplish with their own resources.
The winning partnership must demonstrate how each partner contributed to the
overall solution and explain how they managed the process to deliver a seamless
customer experience. Evidence of a true partnership, where each solution
provider played a significant role in creating, delivering, and/or operating
the solution is required. A partnership between a solution provider and a
customer is not eligible unless the resulting solution has been installed for
one or more other, non-affiliated customers. Partnerships between solution
providers and vendors or manufacturers are not permitted. Each partner of the
winning partnership will be recognized.
This
award will go to the solution provider that made the most innovative use of an
anytime, anywhere, anyplace type of mobility solution that can include hardware
such as smart devices, software, security and services. The winning solution
provider must show how this mobile solution is deployed and delivered to a
remote workforce.
